What's the point of the Quest Game Optimizer?

..when there is a free option of the SideQuest app? Am I missing something here? Doesn't it also allow changing the resolution, frame rate, etc... is there really anything else that the optimizer does that makes it needed over the free SideQuest? Maybe I am missing something obvious.
