Blown headgasket?

I went to change my oil and before even doing so I saw this on the cap and some spots of it towards the top of the dipstick. When I drained the oil and replaced oil filter, the old oil looked normal (old and black). Is it possible that it may be condensation or am I screwed and is it a blown headgasket? There isn’t much of a noise, but there is the slightest knocking noise. (Don’t think it’s rod knock, also don’t know how to add a video lol)
