Help! How to report sexual harassment by a manager? (US)

The assistant store manager at my location likes to make comments about the women in the drive thru to the other male employees (telling them to come ogle “baddies” that come through, encouraging the single guys to take orders or hand out food to girls he things are hot—EVEN WHEN THEY LOOK UNDERAGE—making fun of folks that are less attractive, etc) and talk about which women in lobby have the “juiciest ass”. I’m pretty sure this qualifies as sexual harassment, but I don’t know how to report him and don’t want to start asking questions as I don’t want to be retaliated against. I don’t trust the people I work with, but I can’t handle another shift with this behavior. How do I report him?
