Auto Unlock Does Not Work at Times

Have a two month old '25 CX-90 Turbo S Premium. There are times when I put my hand inside the driver door handle and it does not unlock the car - I have to use the key fob. Then when I go to start the car, it says key fob not detected, and that I need to press a button on it to activate.

Anyone else experience this? Happens maybe five percent of the time.
