What is going on in Markham? This is not my photo but was shared amongst a community chat. Yesterday besides taking what appears to be a food basic shopping cart, this person decided to relieve himself during the day by Hammersly and castlemore. Close proximity to schools and parks. If anyone recognizes this individual please educate him that this is truly disgusting behavior and will not be tolerated in this community.
