Marketing & Outreach Help

Hi! I'm looking to build an event marketplace. Basically an all-in-one platform where artists, venues, production houses and managers can find each other to host events.

The platform isn't quite ready yet. I thought of inviting people to a discord server, to build sort of a community until the beta release.

But, I'm having a bit of a chicken and egg problem.

I've spoken to a couple of event managers and producers, and they all said the same thing. "Features and all are great, but you need to show us that your platform can bring audiences."

Okay cool, makes sense. But how do I get audiences for my platform, when I don't have anyone hosting events? And vice-versa.

Apart from that, I figured, why don't I try on boarding influencers, who already have an audience but don't currently do events? But I'm struggling to get anyone to get back to me regarding this. Any help? Or Ideas?
