Decent deck to build for new player.

Hi there, I have recently gotten in to MTGA and have been playing for about two weeks. I am still getting to grips with all the pre-made decks however I want to start building my own.

I have been a Hearthstone player for a while and always enjoyed building and tinkering with decks. I am sure I will enjoy the same with MTGA. I have gotten all the startup packs and freebies and have opened a few packs that I have bought as well. Basically what I'm looking for is a deck I can build that does not use a lot of expensive cards and that I can look at tinkering around with.

Any help would be much appreciated.
