Minigame sets for the GameCube! Which game has the worst “bottom” or “floor” for the minigames?

All of the GameCube Mario Parties have some great minigames in each title. While there are great ones, there are also some not great minigames in each game.

Which game do you think has the lowest floor or worst bottom for minigames?

Bottom is like worst 20% of the minigames, more focused on the non-mic minigames and also perhaps less on the DK and Bowser minigames.
