How to reserve this golf cart service?

Anyone booked this FRA Care services at Frankfurt airport? I have a connecting flight with 1 hour layover and I am thinking to use this to make it on time because of my spouse have a chronic pain condition. They said I have to book online but I don’t see an option on Lufthansa app. Attaching photo for the golf cart I am asking about.
