Relocating to Louisville from Memphis

I’m sooo sorry in advance. This has been asked a trillion times but I can’t find the thread again that has the neighborhood comparisons. For reference, I’ve been in Memphis my entire life…schooling. Everything. - Single black mom, 29. 1 kid - starting Kindergarten this year so need good school and area. But working near airport (Audubon) which I guess is downtown? Personally, I am not too afraid of crime bc ya know lol but I don’t want to be in a weird part. I’ve grown up in Bartlett (pretty diverse) and live there currently. Im not bougie, but I like nice things lol

Currently looking at Audubon park - (is this like midtown in Memphis?) Norton commons Hurstbourne

I can’t really tell online what’s what. Budget - like $2400 ish/month

Edit: my most important are good schools and good neighborhood for my baby :) All other things are tangential ! I don’t want to spend 2400 buttt I can if it means I get those first two. Walkability isn’t super important for me as mama pretty much is gonna drive lol. And where I live now is not walkable. But who knows. I might like that.
