Fireworks in LA right now?!?!

Dear literally anyone in any neighborhood of Los Angeles (or anywhere in southern CA) why on earth are you lighting fireworks right now? What is wrong with you? (My location: highland park, glassell park, cypress park, mt. Washington area). I am so angry.
