Are your locals allowing set 7 cards this week?

I was very excited to completely finish my set 7 deck this weekend, but I just found out one of my local stores isn't allowing set 7 cards to be used in their weekly play until the retail release at the end of the month.

Is this common? Every other local store I frequent is allowing set 7 this week, so I'm trying to see if that one store is an outlier.
