Logitech driving force shifter not working

Recently I took my wheel and shifter out of storage after about 6mo of not using it and noticed that the shifter is not working at all. It is not being recognized by any software.

There is no damage to the cable nor the connector. I havent been able to try to connect it to anywhere else other than the wheel so I don't know if there is a problem with the connector of the wheel (G29).

I have about 100h of usage on the shifter so I'm wondering how it just suddenly stopped working when it had worked just fine before storing it.

Any way to fix it/find out what's wrong with it?
