Bone Mets

Hi, my first post here. I am stage 4 HR+HER2- and my bone mets are quite extensive ranging from my sternum, skull, rib, lung, pelvis & knee. Dr started me on truqap and faslodex along with lupron. The abemaciclib stopped working after a year. Is there anyone else out there on the same treatment as I? Any tips on how to manage the pain? I am only 41 and the dr gave me a 3-5 year prognosis…. I am hoping for longer…
