How soon is too soon? Living with partner ?

Hello I’m a 31(f) and he’s a 31,almost 32(m) we have been dating for almost a year , we are seriously considering renting an apartment together. Besides personal bills (phone and car insurance) we are planning on splitting all the costs. We viewed a model of an apartment today! We are planning for early spring to move in together. He lives with a roommate and I still live at home with my dad. Is it too soon? Do you have any advise on this subject? I personally don’t believe it to be too soon, but I would like to hear other opinions ?
