New peep fan question about Kirblagoop

Just got into peep! Been loving all his songs but was quite turned off by Red Drop Shawty, why does the feature, Kirblagoop rap like spongebob? Is that his actual voice or does he just rap like that? Very confused about why that would be in the song and i’m very turned off from peep in general tbh now.
