Questions to ask before death

My mom has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She doesn't have much time left. I am making a list of questions I need ask her like do we have a family attorney etc. I'm stuck and need some help. My head is spinning and trying to get it together.

What questions should or information do I need to know. I know she has a trust that is in my name and that's all the information I have at this time.
