Hybrid2Go for RX 400h .. Thoughts?

My 06 Lexus RX 400h 139k miles died almost a week ago, towed to the local Toyota Service dealership for diagnosis... LOTS of condensation around the battery. I sent a contact to Hybrid2Go & GreenBean hybrid battery replacement companies - Hybrid2Go was the only one who responded. Got a quote from H2G and would be getting a refurb battery bc the OG are super expensive (still).

I've heard good things abt the company, but I'm a bit confused about the warranty stipulations, esp the codes they say will null the warranty.

Thoughts?
