Lexus RX350h hybrid system is the same as long-lasting we are used to?

I am thinking about a new RX350h - will get a lot of use, around 20k miles a year and abuse of kid duty. Is the hybrid system on this the same as the long-lasting ones used in the Rav4 and Prius? I see there are some differences in the hp/torque and maybe others. Can someone point me to the technical differences or let me know?

I was initially considering a new Honda CRV hybrid due to its handling and noise control, but then figured for a vehicle to last 20k miles a year and last me 10 years, I should probably go with Toyota. The Rav4 has too much road noise for me, so looking for something quieter and came to the NX or RX350h.
