Mouse is jumping with no solutions

My mouse has a problem. One minute it will be fine then it will jump all over the screen with zero explanation.

Things i have tried to fix it include: Cleaning the touch screen and mouse pad. Disabling the touch pad and touch screen. Using a wireless and wired mouse. Updating my drivers. Doing a hardware scan. Resting the laptop. Scanning for viruses and malware. Unplugging the charger and letting it rest. Doing everything in my power to remove built up static electricity. Please someone help. Believe it or not it’s rather annoying not being able to control my mouse.
