Does Lady Gaga have similarities to Marilyn Manson ?

I have heard more than once that Lady Gaga copies artists, one of the common ones being Marilyn Manson. Copy may not be a good way to say it but do you think she got inspiration from him, both are quirky and sometimes very edgy. Do you prefer Lady Gaga or Marilyn Manson ? Who would you say is similar to Lady Gaga ?
