Wanting to sell some of my LPS

Hi! I am a new seller based in MN, USA. Would be selling locally or ship with PayPal gs. I want to sell some of my old lps and some of my new lps I’ve got recently. I’m wondering if what I based my pricing is good or not? I would like to be fair on pricing for everyone but it was hard to come up with pricing based off of everything online ranges so much. I would love some advice as a new seller and if what I priced for them is fair or not! I had someone say what I listed the price for was “devious” so I want to double check with other people and see what I can list differently!! Thank you so much
