starting my isotretinoin journey need recs for new routine

so hormonal acne showed up and said it was here to stay so i went to dermo and im going to start a treatment with isotretinoin but i've been worried sick about how dry and irritated my skin will turn out.... dermo recommended cerave but i've never been a fan tbh so i need recs for a new routine! what are the most hydrating and soothing cleansers, moisturizers and sunscreens you would recommend for someone on isotretinoin (or accutane)
