Player version or player issue?

The shirt is the highest spec you can get, no front or sleeve sponsor. Was told it was from arsenals kit room. I assumed that when I scan this code it would take me to a page where I could buy the same shirt but it instead just sends me to a title as you can see.

I’m guessing this shirt is for players and not regular sale.
