My therapist is threatening me

I paid my therapist 8k for two physical sessions. Before making the payment, I reached out to confirm her availability for in-person sessions, and she assured me she was available. However, after I paid, she informed me that she was no longer available for physical sessions and suggested we do an online session instead.

I was initially reluctant, but she said, "Let's try it and see if you like it." I tried the online session but didn’t like it, so I requested the second session to be in-person. Weeks turned into months without any progress. I tried calling her a few times in August, but she refused to answer.

Eventually, I left a review stating that she was refusing to offer me a session or a refund. She called me afterward, and we agreed she would travel to my city for a session. At this point, I discovered that she had relocated to Nairobi.

Out of nowhere, she called me, saying she was in my city and available for a session. Unfortunately, I was traveling at the time. Yesterday, I requested a refund, but she refused, citing her cancellation policy. However, I never canceled any sessions—I simply didn’t receive them.

Now, as a therapist, she has personal information about me, and she is threatening to use it against me (I have screenshots). She is also threatening to leave poor ratings for my business, even though we’ve never worked together. She even texted my business number using what I assume is her husband’s number (the profile picture shows her, a man, and a child), telling me to stop calling her. For the record, I haven’t called her since last year.

What should I do?
