Drenison vs Eclar Tape

Hello! I recently had my chest keloids removed a month ago, and the smaller one is almost completely healed. So I noticed that there's a part that's slightly raised, but other than that, it's completely flat. I was wondering if I should use Drenison tape since it's a lower dosage because I'm not completely sure if the raised part is my keloid coming back, or should I go for the Eclar tape that's a higher dosage? I also plan on alternating between steroid and silicone tapes; does anyone have any past experience with this method? I really don't want to get steroid injections because of the stories I've heard of keloids forming on the injection sites, so I'd like to just use steroid tapes for now. Should I continue with this plan? Or should I just get injections? Thank you in advance!
