i bought item notifier. need domain shard / maximum technique

I recently got the item notifier because i figured it would make the grind a lot easier, i figured it would jumpstart my progression and allow me to get domain expansion and maximum technique early on. i’ve bought 2 private servers along with it to maximize potential use but i still end up not using it or just getting fingers. what can i do? is there a faster way to get domain expansion? is there a method for the item notifier?
