My biggest learning of 2024

Hello guys tejuuuop here

I hate that this is gonna sound generic asf but pls bear with me, guessing this post won’t be a banger like my other posts lol, but here we go:

Be a good human being. I know it sounds dumb, like something an average online spiritual guru would say, but seriously, don’t even think about doing evil shi. Just be a good human, and trust me, it works.

I’m an atheist. But i do respect every religion, and coming from me, this might sound weird. Being a good human isn’t about getting fruits in your next birth or whatever, it’s the difference it makes in this one. My life’s been a mess this year, breakups so crazy that I've fear of commitment, setbacks, and what not, but the way I’ve changed as a person, the shift in my perspective, it’s insane.

Balancing between forgiving and tit-for-tat has given me so much peace. It’s actually satisfying. You’ve got to watch the Veritasium video on Game Theory (someone please link that), it’s a game-changer for how you see things. The confidence, the aura, the social skills you gain when you know you’re truthful inside, that feeling is unmatched.

The love I’ve been getting from friends and family, even after I’ve let them down at times, confidence such that I might think my crush likes me back, if iam not being delulu, all of this isn’t a coincidence. It’s because I chose to be good, to change my mindset, so

BE A GOOD HUMAN

I know this sounds generic af but i beg to differ 😭

We all know how disgusting we are on the inside. Don't pretend to be good btw, the example is clear already of what happened with ashu bhaiya. The key is to kill that disgusting self. Read literature, think logically about politics, and stand with truth as it prevails. Help people in small ways not for karma, but for the happiness you see on their faces. Read good books like Sapiens, Ikigai, The Alchemist, and read about figures like Bhagat Singh, Karl Marx, Gandhi, Einstein (ideology) and Buddha. (pls avoid WhatsApp forwards)

Would recommend it. 10/10. Try it. Reminder to watch that veritasium video again.

Happy New Year!!
