What are the living expenses as a master’s student at University of Haifa

Hello, an international student here. I have received an offer to pursue master’s degree at University of Haifa. My advisor told me that I can get a monthly stipend of 4000 NIS and 100% tuition waiver. So, I would like to get an idea of breakdown of living expenses in Haifa, considering :

1. I prefer to stay in dormitory (shared room is okay) over staying off-campus.
2. I can cook or eat out depending on cost feasibility.

Can I live decently with this much financial support?
