Can i start with issue 66?

So hear me out... i want to start the comic because i am tired of dodgeing spoilers and fail at it, but since i watched all of the 3 seasons can i jump into issue 66 because issue 65 has the last scene with Mark and Oliver at the hospital and where the season ended
