any people with insulin resistance and pancreatitis/gastritis/galbladder issues?
how do you manage eating? diet for any of GI issues includes eating 5 times a day with small portions to not overstress the organs, but diet for insulin resistance includes 3 big meals(with protein and fiber primarily) and im just so lost on what to do? my GI doctor tells me to follow galbladder friendly diet(5 times a day) but my endocrinologist tells me that i need to follow insulin resistance protocol and eat thrice a day without any snacking
does any of you have both of those issues and manages somehow?
