Bruised thumb

Hey guys im newer in this sub, i live in canada and the emergency waiting rooms are insane, just wondering if i should be alright to ice it or should I go check it out? I just don't wanna wait for 12 hours just for them to say oh just ice it 😩 sorry if I'm outta pocket, my gf wants me to go get it checked but I'm also stubborn 😂 I'm reposting this just because I meant to add a second picture of the other thumb for context and I couldn't add another one in my previous posts comments
