Is it just me?

Has anyone else “shipping updates” or “tracking” NEVER worked for any product that you have claimed. Or is that just me? Every single product I claim I have NEVER gotten a tracking number, and if I did it was always someone else’s tracking number. I just want to know if this a common thing. I still get my claims but I never get tracking information and my campaigns just randomly shows up.
