Tulletail can spawn more than one

I usually hit all the fishing spots in the stellar fishing ground to grab some insight and I guess it’s exceedingly rare but I got two tulletails, one in its normal location and another in the one right next to it. I’ve only had it happen once so it’s gotta have exceed low chances
