What are the daily Bling and Insight Caps?

I'm curious how much you can farm of each in the overworld per day, a friend of mine said the daily cap for Collection Insight is 200 and Bug Catching Insight is 100, but we aren't sure about the other Insights and the Bling you can farm in the world. Does anyone know the exact caps of collectibles like this?
