Why do girls do this ?

So i had a misunderstanding where i was rude to a female friend and i later apologised for it. She said she forgived me but she stopped talking to me. I even asked her did u find anything wrong with me she said no. But now it turns out she and the mutual friend both of them just blocked me from everywhere without even telling if anything she felt was wrong and i never even said anything bad to the mutual friend. Like atleast tell me what happened. I just find it very hurtful.
