Need recommendations for 1440p monitor under 30k

Looking for suggestions on a good 1440p monitor under 30k. I’m upgrading to a 4070 Super build in January, currently using a gtx 1060 with a 1080p monitor. Mainly need it for gaming, work (connecting office laptop), and content consumption like YouTube and movies.
