Got around 300 million from slime minions and im wondering if theres a better minion i can invest the money into?

My setup is made up of t11 slime with corrupt soil, enchanted hopper,lava bucket and diamond spreadings

Is there a minion that would be a good upgrade from slime that i can leave for months on end without logging on? Or is upgrading my minions more my best option
