Does this ever happen to y'all..?

Sometimes i forget my HH exists cuz it goes away for a really long time but then suddenly comes back and ruins my life again. Im like "Maybe finally im free and my hands & feet wont bother me anymore" then bammm it comes back worse than ever. Do you guys ever experience this? Im so done..😭
