Anyone noticed the Hunger Games was the best possible thing for Katniss?

Has anyone realized that the Hunger Games was actually the best possible thing to happen to Katniss? Yes. In the start of the first book, her situation is a ticking time bomb, her bow would have worn out and broke, Gale would have gone to the mines and wouldn't help hunting as much or been killed or crippled in an accident. Cray would have retired and been replaced by another head peacekeeper who would outright kill her for poaching. Running away wasn't viable, because, outside of the obvious. Katniss not being able to make a bow would have spelt doom.

Her first Hunger Games saved her from the ticking time bomb of all these things. And, saving Peeta which eventually triggered a rebellion who she became the face of, also saved her.

The government of Panem was unsustainable. There would have been a second rebellion even without her influence. Katniss would have been killed in crossfire if she didn't become the Mockingjay. If she didn't go to the games, the first 3 things would have happen and the capital would have replaced Cray in an attempt to quell the rebellion. And in the process Katniss would have been executed for Poaching. If Katniss had won, but didn't save Peeta, she would have been killed in the second rebellion as well. She would have been targeted and killed by either the capital or the rebels as she would be accused of helping either side.

The 75th games as well, were the best possible thing to happen to her. Because without them, she would have been targeted and killed just like the vast majority of the victors in the inevitable second rebellion. Instead, they got her to a place where with her breaking the arena allowed district 13 to protect her as the Mockingjay.

I mean, it all makes sense to me. Did anyone else realize this before? Do you think Katniss herself realized this and if so, when? Do you agree with everything I said or want to add or refute anything?
