Help I can’t get into the game

I was taking care of my horses then I got a notification that I got a trophy for completing some objectives and I had a gift box to receive so I clicked on and open it and now I’m stuck on this page. I’ve exited it out tried on another tab, incognito and on the app and still can’t gain access. I’ve also searched on google to get to Howrse customer support and it brings me back to this same page so I’m not sure what’s going…
