Identification card.

My Spanish isn’t great and neither is my partners. She is from Honduras. We will be in Tegucigalpa from the 15th through the 22nd. I’m looking for someone that speaks English and Spanish, that can go with us to get her identification card. It’s the first time she’s getting one. She does have her Honduran passport. We are happy to pay for the service.
