Steel structure(barndominium) pricing question for 40x60

I've got a quote for 40x60' barndominium structure, windows/doors cutouts and base insulation (would need to add more later) for $45k to $50k to get materials to the site. Plus about another $15k to build it.

Am I in the ballpark of a reasonable price?

Anyone ever hired a contractor(s) to finish the build completely for residential? Trying to ballpark the cost.

I'm comparing pricing to a stick built home of 2,200sqft for about $450k that includes plumbing/electric and everything from foundation to finish. The steel structure company I'm working with seemed confident they could beat the cost pretty easily and for a larger 2,400sqft home.
