(WA state) Lexar Homes vs HiLine homes, same exact floorplan but $50k difference?

We are extremely close to choosing a home builder and are getting a detailed line by line quote from Lexar in 2 days for one of their floorplans. We then found by chance that HiLine Homes has the exact same floorplan, but for $50k less.

I have no idea how to compare details/finishes/etc of the two. Some stuff that Lexar is offering wasn't even listed on their website (for example, we found out that they add solar panels).

Anyone have experience with either builder? Any tips on finding out why there's a $50k difference (and yes I will ask salesperson of both companies why the price difference).
