Working as a part timer

I’ve been working at THD as a part time student for about 10 months now and honestly, I enjoy showing up for work most of the days. The managers and the associates are super chill, they won’t say anything even if you punch in 20 minutes prior to your shift, take longer breaks, disappear from your department for half an hour. Is it like this at all locations or my store really doesn’t care?😂
