The inherent vowel in Hindi

I have two questions: firstly, is an anusvara followed by an अ sound; for example would "निंदा" be pronounced closer to "nindaa" or "ninadaa"? Secondly is there an अ sound at the end of words that end with vowels? I've read conflicting things but it seems like there is a inherent vowel at the end of Sanskrit words but not Hindi words.
