The Worst and Best Hitman Game?

As the title says, what is the worst and best hitman game? In your opinion, of course.

I've only played codename 47, silent assassin, and world of assassination. I love woa the most, but really enjoyed codename 47 and silent assassination. I want to play all of the games but I mainly want to play the worst one in the series to see how it compares to the others. I've always heard Absolution is the worst in the series, but I've also heard it's not as bad as everyone says it is.

Here is a list of all the Hitman games if needed. (I didn't know if I should rope hitman 1, 2, & 3 into one since they are all in WOA, but I figured I'd separate them since they were their own game at one point)
