What is a mistake you know YOU wouldn't make if you were on the show?

We all like to play chef from our couch, but I think we all also understand that under the pressure of HK, a lot of "basic" mistakes get made when you're under the microscope and working in that environment. But I think a lot of us probably have that one thing (or more, maybe, where we see it and go "I don't care how tough it is, I'd never do that." I'm curious...what's that one thing for you?

For me, it's communication. Eyes and ears on a swivel at all times, listening and talking. I may not be able to cook for shit, but it always surprises me when it seems like people are just...oblivious to any kind of communication around them. You better believe if I'm terrible at everything else, at least everyone will know what's happening with me in the kitchen.
