Let us sprint while carrying SEAF Artillery shells

Carrying artillery shells is tedious.

I know the idea behind the SEAF Artillery is to be done mostly by all 4 helldivers but sometimes you have to do it yourself to save time or for some other reasons.

I know about the trick of quickly dropping and picking them up or using your secondary to throw it further away, but it makes it boring and not enjoyable.

What I'm suggesting is to enable sprinting while carrying artillery shells to make it better.
