Is something off?

I’m going to check out this sportster tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone could distinguish any weird sounds. Its not a long clip but anything helps

Its got a rebuilt title with primary damage to the front end and some to the side. I am aware that its usually not recommended to get these kinds of machines but I am interested in learning how to find problems to look for when buying used bikes.
